How To Dry

Take your freshly bathed pet, unlock the front door, gently place them inside onto a towel, this will continue to wick up the moisture from the coat, any direct spray that comes off using the force dryer will be absorbed. It also prevents the pet slipping and helps with any toilet accidents. Swiftly lock the door. Pull up a chair and put on your ear defender noise protection headphones.

Turn on the extractor and briefly observe the pets reaction, you can also place one hand on them for reassurance. Take hold of the dryer hose firmly in the other hand and turn on the dryer. Again monitor the pets reaction. Most pets settle then sit or lay down within a few minutes, you can then continue with the drying process.

When you're happy that the pet is thoroughly dried, turn off the extractor and force dryer. Unlock the door and carefully lift them out.

Always spray down the Dry Vac with disinfectant and paper towels between each pet.

DO NOT USE ANY FORM OF ABRASIVE PRODUCTS OR MATERIALS ON THE DRY VAC OR IT WILL CAUSE SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE ARYLIC

The Dry Vac can be built to cater for left or right handed groomers. The door can also be left or right opening. We do accept custom orders relating to hole placements of the extraction system. This can be discussed prior to order placement.

We operate two Dry Vac's in our salon. We have one extractor that services both boxes. We can help with the routing and extracting of the ducting in your work area.  (All 3 Dry Vac packages are supplied with 2 metres of ducting)

Any fur that is extracted away is collected in a cloth bag. Depending on how busy your salon is and the type of pets you are grooming  this needs to be emptied on a regular basis. I check ours every couple of weeks.

If purchasing your Dry Vac for a dog grooming salon we supply two rubber suction tether points and an 18" jelly grooming loop.
